At least six people were killed and nearly 100 more injured when Russian rockets hit a residential building in the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv.

CNN’s Alex Marquardt spoke with Ukraine’s defense minister Rustem Umerov as Ukraine urges the US and Western partners to lift restrictions on using long-range weapons to hit military targets on Russian territory.
